AR visualization for Belimed

Question:

How can employees of Belimed’s customers learn how to load complex wash item carriers correctly and quickly? How can loading errors be avoided, new employees efficiently trained and maintenance and servicing work optimally supported at the same time – without time-consuming classroom training and extensive paper documentation?

Solution:

Gosetti developed an innovative AR solution for Belimed that conveys the loading process visually and intuitively directly on the real wash item carrier. The augmented reality application guides employees step by step through the correct loading process, shows common sources of error in real time and demonstrates the optimal placement of instruments and materials. New employees familiarize themselves independently and at their own pace, while technicians receive contextual information directly in their field of vision during maintenance work – with both hands free for the actual work. The result: significantly fewer loading errors, more efficient training and sustainable quality assurance in operations. Further product demos:
