Installation instructions for ElringKlinger AG

Question:

How can technical installation instructions be created for international markets that are understandable without language barriers and at the same time work in limited spaces such as packaging and inserts? Traditional text instructions in several languages are time-consuming, error-prone and hardly feasible in terms of space.

Solution:

For many years, Gosetti has been creating technical instructions for ElringKlinger AG in the form of pictograms for packaging and inserts. The clear, minimalist illustrations convey assembly procedures in a universally understandable way – without text, internationally applicable and space-saving. On request, these pictograms can also be animated to create interactive installation instructions for digital channels. Uniform visual language for print and digital – ideal for technical documentation, product packaging and online support.
